works comprised the refurbishment of an existing restaurant
to form the fourth Gaucho Grill in London. The same consultant
team that worked on the previous London Gaucho Grill was maintained
with the Contract let on a negotiated basis. This allowed
a short pre-contract period that in turn allowed an early
opening of the new restaurant. |
